Les Techniques d’Optimisation du Potentiel ( TOP ®) sont un ensemble de stratégies mentales permettant à chacun de mobiliser au mieux ses ressources physiques et psycho-cognitives. The TOP® Training Modules Covered During the Training

The initial TOP® training is organized around six complementary modules. It constitutes the first step to fully integrate the method into one’s daily, professional, and personal life.

Each module addresses an essential aspect of the Techniques for Optimizing Potential, enabling participants to better manage their stress, enhance their concentration, develop their confidence, and preserve their balance.

Through a progressive, experiential, and practical approach, this training offers immediately applicable, simple, and effective tools to cope with new, complex, or stressful situations and sustainably unleash one’s resources.

  • Definition, history, indications, and precautions for use
  • The fundamentals of the TOP method (Breathing, Relaxation, Mental Imagery, and Internal Dialogue)
  • The process of acquiring the TOP method.

  • Understand the mechanisms of stress
  • Early identification of internal and environmental factors that disrupt or promote adaptability in all circumstances
  • Detect one’s stress reactions to manage them
  • Train in TOP techniques “for oneself” for stress management, enabling acceleration of adaptation processes in complex and/or difficult situations: calming and energizing breathing, relaxations (indirect, paradoxical, muscular, mental, R3P).

  • Understand vigilance rhythms to better know one’s own rhythms
  • Detect early signs of fatigue and recommendations for preventing and managing fatigue

Prerequisites

No prerequisites to access the initial TOP training.

Format

Duration: Three-day training at a training center in DIJON.

To be planned: two hours of asynchronous consolidation (remote) more than two weeks post-certification.

Certification

An initial training certificate will be issued to you at the end of the three days. The interested party is capable of integrating the TOP method into their daily, professional, and personal life. They also know how to assess and adapt to various complex or stressful situations.

This certificate does not confer any prerogative to teach TOP®
