The Practitioner training course is ideal for anyone wishing to integrate the TOP method into their professional practice (managers, HR directors, coaches, self-employed professionals, healthcare personnel, educators, sports professionals, etc.).

Upon completion of the training, the participant will be able to: integrate the TOP method into their professional practice, provide individual or group support. The objective may also lead you to organize and lead introductory training sessions on the TOP method or facilitate workshops and other awareness-raising activities.

Techniques for Optimizing Potential (TOP®) are a set of mental strategies enabling individuals to best mobilize their physical, physiological, emotional, and psycho-cognitive resources. It is an educational psychophysical method that offers a set of practical and effective techniques to cope with demanding situations. the Modalities of the TOP® Practitioner Training

Prerequisites

Having fully completed the Initial FI TOP® Training within two years prior to the start of the TOP® Practitioner Training.

Format

Duration: 5 modules of 3 days.

Level 3 is validated by a written knowledge test covering the full program, based on Dr. Perreaut’s book. Module 5 is validated by a pedagogical project and a practical session to be presented, in connection with this project.

Each validated module is retained for a limited time. Therefore, the training can be staggered over several courses or two years.

Certification

The practitioner will be able to integrate the TOP method into their professional practice, provide individual or group support, and organize and lead introductory training sessions or workshops on the TOP method.
