FI TOP Initial Training
TRAINING AIMS
The participant will be able to : integrate the TOP method in his daily, professional and personal life. The objective is to facilitate the expression of his or her potentialities and to adapt to new, complex or stressful situations.
PARTICIPANTS
Anyone who wants to integrate the TOP method into daily life.
PREREQUISITES
None.
TOP Practitioner Training
TRAINING AIMS
The participant will be able to: integrate the TOP method in his or her professional practice, to accompany individually or collectively a staff or a team. The objective can also lead you to organize and animate introductory courses in the TOP method.
PARTICIPANTS
Anyone wishing to integrate the TOP method in his/her professional practice (Managers, HRD, coaches, liberal professions, health personnel, education, sports fields…)
PREREQUISITES
To have followed and passed in its entirety the Initial FI TOP Training in the two years preceding the beginning of the TOP Practitioner Training.
